Preface

My name is Deirdre. I have good intentions for keeping up my blog. It has a funny way of not staying as updated as I'd planned though...

Uh Oh! A Dart!

One more hilarious example of how E is truly my child.  Child cackles like a Crazy when anyone darts.  Yes, darts.  Or as some people call it:  Fart.  Why do I call it a dart?  Well, because Jason's phone auto corrects it to dart.  Yes, we text about farting enough to know that dart=fart on auto correct.  Hello, we HAVE met, right?  Farts crack me up.

Anyways.  In typical me fashion.... Helllllooooo!  I'm back!  I've been thinking about you, dear blog, for awhile now.  Months actually.  Then I decided I really needed to get my booty in gear and just DO it.  Plus, the Kid is getting to the point where he can mostly self entertain for a few minutes here and there.  And let me just say, it's AWESOME.  I actually was able to do a #2 BY MYSELF just this morning.  That's kind of a big deal.  In fact, I don't even remember the last time that happened.  But I digress.

Kid update.  He's crazy.  He's silly.  He's into everything.  It's so cool to watch him starting to develop a personality.  He has cut five teeth, and is working on some more.  I can't see where they are, but he's doing all the tell-tale signs (puckered mouth, sucking on his lips, whine).  He is pulling up like it's nothing anymore and has started to stand, unassisted, for seconds at a time.

E is a million miles an hour.  He's been like that from day one.  He is definitely a DOER.  Always moving.  Turns out he may be a bit of a climber, too.  Please Lord, help me through this.  I may die of a heart attack.  Yesterday I was in the kitchen and he was in the living room.  I turn around to check on him, and in not two minutes he had climbed up the drawer on the coffee table to the top of the table.  I calmly run over so he doesn't start and fall backwards.  I about had a stroke.  How the hell did that happen?  Something tells me it's only the beginning...

Okay, someone is mad that I'm paying too much attention to the computer.  Until later!
